Ingredients:

4 cups cucumbers, sliced

1 tablespoon lemon juice

2 tablespoons Bragg Liquid Aminos, or 1 tablespoon soy sauce

2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro leaves

1 garlic clove, crushed

1 tablespoon peanuts, finely chopped, or ½ tablespoon peanut butter

1 tablespoon sesame seeds, roasted

¼ cup red or sweet onion, finely sliced

 

Instructions:

 

Mix all ingredients together and serve.
